| Shaping each other's style with their individual points of view so began the collaboration of Melbourne based couple Amber Hourigan and Thomas Williams. Amber's background in fashion merchandising and marketing bring a balance of ideas that are sexy and strong, adding a feminine touch with contrasting aesthetics whilst graphic designer Tom has a very structured sense of style that is minimal and precise. He likes geometric shapes and she likes to colour outside the lines, but together the pieces of the puzzle always fit together. Collection signature is a definite rock edge... fabrics such as silk jersey and the softest of leathers give us wardobe fillers that are sophisticated, glam tough and stylish, flattering shapes. Most of all, we LOVE Amber's design philosophy..."I always ask myself: Will a woman feel comfortable in this and look tasteful but still have an edge, a certain grittiness?" oh yes we think so! xx |
